Much Better

I had to do something about the little jungle in my living room. It was feeling so cluttered.

Wow. SO many thing AREN’T working for me in this picture. I need to grow a little more patience when it comes to photography. Unfortunately, there isn’t a whole lot of time to photograph in the daylight, and when there is I’m so rushed. Before the year ends, I would like to get a DSLR and maybe that will help motivate me to achieve more.

Anyways, back to the point of this post…
I bought a new table! For $30! It was from Ross, and I have never come out of that store empty handed. Except the one time I left my wallet on the front seat of my car with the top down. Smart. I was forced to leave empty handed cause, you know, they don’t just let you walk out with the items without paying. So THAT time I left empty handed, but went back in and finished my transaction.

New Side Table
I would say improvement! I love this cheap little table.

THE END.

  1. I feel the exact same way you do about photography. By the time I get home from work, cook dinner and do whatever else needs to be done, the daylight is nearly gone. Plus, I haven’t been able to splurge on a nice camera yet, so I’m just having to work with what I have (which is not very good)! I think your pics look great, though!

I know, so frustrating! How are we supposed to “do it all?” Today I came dangerously close to purchasing a camera. I’m one of those people with the need to research e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. before making a purchase and I just wasn’t ready to commit to one. There are just way too many to choose, even though I have it narrowed to a certain brand. Anyway, thanks for the kind words, I’m about to head over to your blog! Meet you there!

  2. I looked at cameras again today. My only dilemma is that I’d rather use that money on decorating items and things like a new couch.

I know EXACTLY what you mean! My house has two living rooms which I thought was awesome when we bought it, but then I’m like oh… two sofas. You, know there comes a point in every girl’s life when she must decide to buy the sweet DSLR camera or the sofa. I personally am leaning towards the camera. I think the camera would give me so many more opportunities to go out and do something, whereas a sofa, you just sit on it. Maybe it will come to you in a dream and you will know exactly what to do!
